Ingredients
2 cup enriched flour
1 T agave
2 t baking powder
Dash salt
6 T coconut oil
1/2 cup milk
2 drops lemon essential oil
1 heaping cup blueberries
Method
Pulse the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Add in the milk, oil, and blueberries and pulse until combined. Roll onto a floured surface approximately 3/4 inch thick in a round disk shape. Use a pizza cutter to slice into triangles. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned, approximately 12 minutes.
